Well, if I have to choose, these are the main bits that I tend to remind myself of

  • New habits must be easy, like leaving your running clothes ready or try 2 minutes of exercise
    • I did try multiple times, but I am still missing more commitment. Hard to cross the 2-week threshold. 😬
  • Make bad habits harder
