    Ok, an incident happened! Production is down. Avoid the cover ass attitude and get moving to fix this. While you do that, Document incidents while they are happening, organise your team and move forward.

    Don’t miss this learning opportunity. Have a catch-up after the incident (a postmortem) to discuss how to avoid the same problem from happening again. Avoid blaming people; focus on the process. If that happened, your process needs to be reviewed.
